Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily statin (atorvastatin) can prevent heart damage caused by HER2-targeted therapy in women with early-stage breast cancer. About 60 participants will take the statin alongside their cancer treatment. The goal is to reduce treatment delays or early stops due to heart problems, helping patients complete their full cancer therapy.
