Summary
This small study tested whether a spinal cord stimulator can reduce back and leg pain in people with a rare condition where extra fatty tissue narrows the spinal canal. Three adults with chronic pain received the device and were followed for 6 weeks. The goal was to see if pain scores improved and if the treatment was safe.
