Summary

This study follows 150 adults with paralysis from cancer that spread to the spine. All participants will have surgery to relieve pressure on the spinal cord. Researchers will track how well their movement, bladder, and bowel function recover over 12 months. The goal is to find which factors help or hinder recovery, so doctors can better advise patients and plan treatment.
