Summary
This study looks at how spinal cord stimulation combined with physical training can change the way nerves work in people with spinal cord injuries. Researchers will measure brain-to-muscle signals and reaction times in 120 participants to understand if these changes lead to better movement control. The goal is to learn more about nerve plasticity, not to provide a direct treatment.
