Summary
This study tests a new device that sorts sperm without spinning them, which may reduce DNA damage often seen in older men. It involves 378 couples where the male partner is 40 or older and the female partner has at least 5 mature eggs. The goal is to see if this device leads to more pregnancies compared to the standard method.
