First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how people with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) remember spatial information, like directions, over several weeks compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers want to understand if these patients forget spatial details faster than usual, which can affect daily life. The study involves 37 participants who will complete a navigation task and be tested on their memory after 1 hour and again after 6 weeks.
