First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 3-week thermal spa treatment in Enghien-les-Bains can reduce pain and improve daily function for people with knee osteoarthritis. About 76 adults aged 50-80 with moderate to severe knee arthritis will receive the spa therapy and continue their usual care. Researchers will compare their results at 6 months to a similar group that did not get spa treatment.
