Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-month thermal spa treatment program can meaningfully reduce pain and improve daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare results from 76 participants aged 50-80 who receive the spa therapy against an external group receiving standard care. The goal is to see if spa therapy offers a real benefit for managing osteoarthritis symptoms.
