Sleep apnea drug shows promise for brain fog

Summary
This study tested a drug called solriamfetol in 59 adults with obstructive sleep apnea who also had trouble thinking clearly and felt very sleepy during the day. The goal was to see if the drug could improve their attention, processing speed, and overall mental function. Participants took the drug or a placebo for 5 weeks, and the results showed some improvement in cognitive tests.
