Sleep apnea drug shows promise for brain fog

Summary
This study tested a drug called solriamfetol in 59 adults with obstructive sleep apnea who also had trouble thinking clearly and felt very sleepy during the day. The goal was to see if the drug could improve cognitive function, like attention and processing speed. Participants took the drug or a placebo for 5 weeks each, and researchers measured changes using a thinking test.
