New shot aims to tame dangerously high blood fats

Summary
This study tests an injectable drug called solbinsiran in 60 adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia (very high blood fats). Participants receive two shots of either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if solbinsiran safely lowers triglycerides and related fats better than placebo.
