Summary
This study compares two types of hands-on therapy (SNAG and Maitland) for people with long-term low back pain that has no clear cause. Sixty adults aged 25 to 40 will receive treatment three times a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, movement, and balance right after treatment and again one month later.
