First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) exercises to standard core strengthening exercises helps young adults with non-specific low back pain more than core exercises alone. 56 students aged 18-25 took part. The goal was to see if the combined approach could reduce pain, improve core endurance, and increase flexibility better than standard care.
