Summary
This study compares a web-based exercise program (via the Physitrack app) to traditional home exercises for people aged 18-45 with non-specific low back pain lasting 6 weeks to under 12 months. The goal is to see if the digital approach improves pain, daily function, and quality of life. Participants must have moderate pain and access to a smartphone or computer.
