First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized exercise program, tracked by a smartwatch, can help reduce fatigue in people who have finished chemotherapy for certain cancers (breast, colorectal, ovarian, pancreatic, or gastric). About 98 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or standard follow-up. The main goals are to see how well people stick with the exercise plan and whether it improves fatigue and quality of life after 3 months.
