First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding regular telemedicine check-ins to standard care helps people who recently received a kidney transplant. About 384 participants will use a smartphone or tablet to stay in touch with their care team. The goal is to see if this extra support improves medication adherence, reduces hospital stays, and helps the transplanted kidney last longer.
