Summary
This phase II trial tests three radiation approaches for people with six or more brain metastases from solid tumors. One group gets focused high-dose radiation (SRS), while the other two get whole-brain radiation with memory-sparing techniques plus a drug called memantine. The goal is to see which treatment best preserves cognitive function at six months. Ninety participants will be tracked with memory tests and brain scans.
