NCT ID NCT06777433

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a new imaging drug called RAD101, used with a PET scan, to see if it can better detect brain metastases that have come back after treatment. About 30 adults with certain cancers (like lung, breast, or melanoma) and a history of brain tumors will receive one dose of RAD101 and have a PET scan. The results will be compared with standard MRI scans to see if RAD101 improves detection of recurrent tumors.
