First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a smartphone-based rehab program for young and middle-aged people (18-60) who had a heart attack. The program uses an app to guide exercise, diet, medication, and stress management, with support from a team of heart doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and psychologists. The goal is to help patients recover heart function and improve their quality of life. About 232 participants will be split into two groups to compare the app program with standard care.
