New hope for Veterans' sleep and PTSD symptoms
NCT ID NCT04007796
Summary
This study tested whether a behavioral sleep treatment delivered by video call could improve quality of life and sleep for veterans with PTSD, sleep apnea, and insomnia. Thirty-six veterans participated to see if the program helped them sleep better, use their CPAP machine more consistently, and feel better overall. The main goal was to see if improving sleep could lead to better psychological well-being and daily functioning.
