Summary
This study tests a sleep treatment called TranS-C, adapted for veterans with PTSD and sleep problems. The goal is to improve sleep, reduce nightmares, and help veterans function better in daily life. 182 veterans will receive either the sleep treatment or usual care to see if it works.
