Can better sleep slow memory loss? new study tests Non-Drug approach

NCT ID NCT03256539

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether improving sleep patterns could help people with mild memory problems or early Alzheimer's disease. Researchers developed a program combining bright light therapy and behavioral techniques to regulate daytime and nighttime sleep. They aimed to see if this approach was practical to implement and whether it might improve both sleep quality and cognitive function in participants.
