Morning or night rehab? new study tests best time for back pain Patients' sleep

Summary

This study looks at whether doing physical therapy in the daytime or evening helps people with a herniated disc in their lower back sleep better and feel less sleepy during the day. It includes 60 adults who also have a high risk for obstructive sleep apnea. Participants will be randomly assigned to a daytime or evening rehab program, and their sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, pain, and function will be measured.
