Summary
This study looks at whether keeping a regular sleep schedule can improve heart and metabolic health in healthy adults aged 18-40, and also in people with chronic pain. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure changes in sleep timing, blood pressure, heart rate, and other health markers. The goal is to understand how sleep consistency affects the body's internal clock and cardiovascular system.
