Sweet dreams? gummy supplement put to the test for better sleep
NCT ID NCT07781332
First seen Aug 24, 2026 · Last updated Aug 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether a daily sleep gummy can improve sleep quality and quantity in adults aged 20-50 who have self-reported sleep issues. Participants take one gummy before bed for 7 days while wearing a Fitbit tracker to measure sleep patterns. The study compares sleep metrics like time to fall asleep, deep sleep, and grogginess against baseline to see if the supplement makes a difference.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- FlavCity Sleep Gummy (dietary supplement)
- What this could lead to
- If effective, this gummy could offer a simple, over-the-counter option to help people fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper, more restful sleep.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small, short-term study without a placebo group, so results may not prove the gummy works better than no treatment. Individual responses can vary, and the supplement is not a cure for chronic sleep disorders.
