Summary

This study tested a 16-week online program called Sleep GOALS to help new mothers lose weight by improving their sleep, diet, and physical activity. Forty women who were 3 to 6 months postpartum and overweight joined the study. The program provided strategies and support through an internet platform, and researchers measured how well it worked and how much participants liked it.
