Summary

This study tested a 16-week online program called Sleep GOALS to help new mothers lose weight by improving their sleep, diet, and physical activity. Forty postpartum women with a BMI over 25 and poor sleep were enrolled. The program provided strategies and self-monitoring tools to see if it was practical and helpful for weight loss.
