NCT ID NCT06675799
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week digital sleep extension program could help young urban adults (ages 18-30) with mood symptoms like anxiety and depression get better sleep and feel better. Participants received weekly phone coaching and educational materials, and their sleep was tracked with a Fitbit and a home sleep monitor. The study compared the sleep intervention group to a group receiving general healthy living advice to see if sleep-focused coaching made a difference.
