NCT ID NCT07566273

First seen May 09, 2026 ยท Last updated May 09, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether brief mindfulness and identity-affirming exercises can improve mental health and well-being for LGBTQ youth (ages 16-26) who are currently or recently unhoused. Two hundred participants will use a mobile app for 30 days, with half receiving the mindfulness practices and the other half a neutral activity. The goal is to see if the approach is feasible, acceptable, and helpful for reducing symptoms like depression and substance use.
