NCT ID NCT07222995

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving people personalized information about their skin cancer risk can encourage them to protect their skin. About 2,900 adults from community health centers will provide a saliva sample for genetic testing and answer questions about their sun habits. Researchers will then track changes in tanning, sunburns, and skin self-exams over a year to see which risk messages work best.
