Summary

This study tested a special sleep program for teenagers with ADHD who also have sleep problems. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy with sleep tips and planning skills. Researchers wanted to see if better sleep could also improve ADHD symptoms and daily life. The study included 92 teens and measured sleep and ADHD symptoms before, after, and a few months later.
