Summary

This study tested a special sleep program for teenagers with ADHD who also have sleep problems. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and planning skills to improve sleep and reduce ADHD symptoms. 92 teens participated, and the study measured sleep quality and ADHD symptoms before, after, and 3-4 months later.
