First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a treatment called pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) applied to a key shoulder nerve can help people with long-lasting shoulder pain that hasn't improved with standard treatments like painkillers or physical therapy. The study involves 60 adults with chronic shoulder pain from conditions like rotator cuff problems or arthritis. Researchers will measure changes in pain sensitivity and nerve-related pain at 1 and 3 months after the procedure.
