Summary

This study looks at people with multidirectional shoulder instability (loose shoulder joints) often linked to hypermobility disorders. Researchers want to see if electrical stimulation and specific exercises can improve shoulder control and reduce joint slipping. 60 participants aged 20-50 will be tested to better understand muscle activity and joint movement.
