Summary
This study tests whether special shoe insoles can reduce pain in people with knee osteoarthritis who also have foot pain. About 31 participants will wear either lateral wedge insoles or insoles with added arch support for at least 5 hours a day over 3 months. Researchers will measure pain, function, and walking mechanics to see if the insoles help and if a larger trial is possible.
