Summary
This study tests whether gentle shockwave therapy to the kidneys can help lower blood pressure and improve kidney function in people with chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure. 30 adults will receive either real or sham treatments over three weeks. The goal is to see if this non-invasive approach can safely control blood pressure and support kidney health.
