Summary
This study tested three treatments for non-insertional Achilles tendinopathy, a common overuse injury in runners. 46 runners were randomly assigned to physical therapy, shockwave therapy, or a combination of shockwave and light therapy. The goal was to see which approach best improves pain and function. Results may guide better symptom management for active people.
