Summary
This study was designed to see if a 12-week resistance training program could improve the structure and symptoms of Achilles tendinopathy, a painful tendon condition. It planned to include at least 20 patients with the condition and a small healthy control group. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
