Summary
This study tested a program called SHARP-CG for older Black caregivers of people with dementia. Caregivers, their loved ones with dementia, and a support person walked together while using a tablet to look at old neighborhood photos and talk about memories. The goal was to see if this activity could improve caregivers' sleep, mood, and overall health. The study involved 21 people and used activity trackers and surveys to measure results.
