Summary
This study tests whether Empagliflozin (Jardiance), a drug already used for heart failure, can help adults born with heart defects. About 40 participants will take the drug and be monitored for changes in heart function, exercise ability, and hospitalizations. The goal is to see if this treatment can improve outcomes in this specific group.
