Summary

This study tests whether semaglutide (Wegovy), a weekly injection for weight loss, can help people in secure mental health care who have gained weight from antipsychotic drugs like clozapine or olanzapine. About 20 adults with obesity will receive the drug along with diet, exercise, and psychological support for 24 months. The goal is to reduce weight and improve physical health, while understanding who benefits most.
