Summary
This study tests whether semaglutide, a drug used for diabetes and weight loss, can help people with cocaine use disorder reduce their cocaine use. About 75 adults will receive semaglutide along with counseling. Researchers will measure changes in brain responses to cocaine-related images, cravings, and drug use through urine tests.
