First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether weighing yourself every day can help teens with obesity manage their weight. About 99 teens aged 12 to 18 will be split into three groups: usual care, usual care plus a simple scale, or usual care plus a smart scale that sends data to their doctor. The study will check if daily weighing is acceptable, safe, and helpful over 12 weeks.
