Summary

This study tests whether listening to positive self-affirmation audio recordings can help reduce pain, depression, anxiety, and stress in women who have had a mastectomy. Forty-two women will be randomly assigned to either listen to the affirmations or receive standard care. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to improve emotional recovery after surgery.
