Could two natural nutrients help control heart failure?
NCT ID NCT07234422
Summary
This study aims to see if taking selenium and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplements can help people with chronic heart failure. It will compare these supplements against a placebo (inactive pill) in 1,100 adults to see if they reduce hospital visits and deaths related to heart problems. The trial uses existing health registries, so most data comes from routine doctor visits, making it easier for participants.
