Summary
This study tests whether taking selenium and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplements can reduce heart failure-related hospital visits and deaths. About 1,100 adults with chronic heart failure will receive either the supplements or a placebo, alongside their usual care. The goal is to see if these natural nutrients offer a safe way to improve heart health outcomes.
