Summary
This study tests whether a remote monitoring app can help people with active inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or ulcerative colitis) spend more time in remission. About 290 adults whose symptoms require a change in medication will use the app to track their health data. The goal is to see if this digital tool improves disease control and quality of life compared to standard care.
