Summary
This study looks at two ways to decide the best treatment for anxiety and depression in 1,000 community college students. Participants will be placed into one of three care levels: self-guided online help, coach-guided online therapy, or care from a clinician. The goal is to see which decision-making method works better for improving symptoms and keeping students engaged in treatment over 40 weeks.
