Summary

This study aims to find the most effective non-surgical treatments for chronic low back pain in Veterans. Over 2,500 participants will first try either continued care, an online pain self-management program, or enhanced physical therapy. Those who don't improve can then choose from yoga, spinal manipulation, or cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal is to reduce pain interference with daily life.
