NCT ID NCT06641791

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study compares a newer, precise radiation method called stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) with standard radiation therapy for people with advanced head and neck cancer who cannot have curative treatment. About 196 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two radiation approaches. The main goal is to see if SBRT helps people live longer and better controls the cancer.
