New combo therapy aims to tame tough cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug (HMBD-001) combined with standard treatments (cetuximab, with or without docetaxel) in people with advanced squamous cell cancers that have spread. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control the cancer or slow its growth. About 398 adults with certain types of head and neck, lung, esophageal, cervical, or skin cancer are being recruited.
