Summary
This early study tests a new mRNA vaccine (IL-22BP) for people with advanced solid tumors like sarcoma, head and neck cancer, or melanoma that have not responded to standard treatments. The vaccine is injected directly into tumors. Only 6 participants are enrolled to check safety and see if tumors shrink. It is too early to know if it works.
