Summary

This study tests a tool called Savvy that combines phone exercises, a weekly pill organizer, and text reminders to help stroke survivors take their medication as prescribed. The goal is to see if it improves medication adherence and blood pressure control. The study involves 150 stroke survivors and lasts 6 months.
