Summary

This study tests whether measuring sodium in urine can help doctors adjust diuretic doses more accurately for people with chronic heart failure. About 300 participants will be assigned to either a urine-guided approach or standard care. The goal is to reduce congestion and hospital visits while improving quality of life.
