Summary
This study tests a 10-week virtual program called Acceptance Based Coping (ABaCo) for Hispanic/Latinx military patients with type 2 diabetes. The program, delivered by a bilingual health coach, teaches skills to cope with diabetes-related stress and improve self-care. Researchers will compare blood sugar control, quality of life, and diabetes distress between those who receive ABaCo and those who get usual care over 6 months.

- What this could lead to
- If effective, this program could provide a culturally tailored, accessible way to help Hispanic/Latinx military patients better manage diabetes and reduce related distress.
